Blog Revisited....

OK. I'm here, I'm feeling healthy, and I'm an ass for not blogging much. Now for the rest of the story.....I've resumed training. I worked out on P90X over the winter and now I have started cycling and running again. P90X was the way to go. I started the year in much better shape than I did when I just used the treadmill, and rollers during the winter months. I feel much more strong and lean. I will be riding in my 5th MS150 ride next Saturday and I'm really looking forward to it.

It is a great event, and I get to spend time with my best friends.

My kids are doing well also. My oldest was a freshman in high school this year, and he earned two varsity letters, was the VP of his class this year, was a scholar athlete, and was just voted to be the president of his class next year. Not a bad year huh? My younger sons, Matt and Will are both moving on in school and are growing too darn fast. They are constantly beating each other up, but they are at a very fun age.

Somehow, my facebook page showed that I was doing an Ironman this year...no, not this year, but it did motivate me to get back at some harder training. I cannot forget that dream. I don't know if it will ever happen, but I have to try.

Anyway, I had better get back to work....Have a great day everyone!!!

That MS150 ride sounds like a lot of fun. I know they have one like that around here in July, but I won't be able to participate!

I have been debating about P90X for a while now but after hearing so many great things I think I will use that next winter to help me get into better shape for the cycling/summer season.

Just wait till your sons get into college that time will fly by. And soon they will be where I am starting my new job.
